Using freshly-picked garden vegetables, from pungent ginger to snappy green beans, in recipes handed down from generation to generation, Leela focuses on traditional Kerala Syrian Christian feast cuisine. In your in-home dining experience in Cochin you will enjoy a meal with Leela and her husband at their dining table and sample dishes such as appam (thin pancakes made with fermented rice and coconut milk) served with chicken stew or fish moilee (a coconut-based fish stew), a wonderful fish or prawn fry, fresh vegetables, rice, yoghurt, and pappad (crispy wafers made from gram flour).
