Korean home cooking in Seoul with a professional chef with Na Young

The cooking experience with Na Young was really great. She is extremely nice and you can tell she enjoys having tourists over to team them some cooking stills, but also have the exchange. Na Young is a chef and has her own Latinamerican restaurant in Seoul. We were not able to go there, but will do in case we come back to Seoul at some point. The cooking part could have been more, since we mainly chopped some vegetables and weren´t part of the whole cooking process since she already prepared a lot upfront. However, a lot of Korean dishes need a lot of time to rest. Therefore, it was understandable that she planned it that way.

Seoul street food tour at Mangwon market with a chef with Na Young (food tour)

What an excellent way to be immersed in the culture and history of Korean society. Chef Kim was delightful. She answered all my questions with thoughtful consideration and went further into detail regarding seasonal variance and supply lines, including modern and traditional considerations. Strolling through this very local food market, tasting the delights of Korean food, seeing the fresh ingredients as well as traditional staples was really enjoyable. Big thank you to Chef Kim.

Small group Korean cooking class in Seoul with Jinsil

Great activity for anyone. Great moment! Jinsil is a great host. The meal we prepared were great and Jinsil gave us good tips on how to recreate them afterwards. I didn't see the time flies by. The access to the kitchen is also very easy and convenient. The building is directly adjacent to a subway exit.
