She is a woman of many talents, including table setting, color coordination, floral arrangement, and wine tasting. Her deepest passion, however, is cooking and hosting parties in her home. Yasue is a licensed chef and sommelier. Her greatest joy is planning menus for her guests and watching them enjoy the food along with the delicious wines she pairs with them. For her, hospitality is a love and dedication to good food. Yasue is also an avid traveler and her cooking is inspired by her travels.
