Please note this is not a "cooking" class but a "craft beer brewing" class. Begin your craft beer brewing experience in Antibes with a warm welcome from your host Sophie, one of the founders of the B06 brewery. Next, join Solène the brewer to learn the process and technique involved in brewing your own beer from organic high-quality French malt and hops, and water from Antibes. You also get to taste the different beers crafted at the brewery, from refreshing IPAs and blondes to more robust stouts. Enjoy your beers paired with local cheese and charcuterie. B06 beer can only be found at luxury hotels and gourmet restaurants and is a real treat. During your 2.5 hour craft brewing workshop, you will also learn about why Sophie bottles her beer in aluminum. Enjoy this modern cultural experience in Antibes and leave with a pack of 4 beers and an understanding of how to brew your own beer!

Sophie can host fewer than 4 guests but it would be at the price for 4 guests. Since this is small batch brewing workshop, her max is also 4 guests.

Sophie is a fun and friendly local who has been brewing beer for over two decades! Sophie brewed for herself and friends and family but was inspired to start her own craft brewery when she saw that there wasn't a single local beer sold at Jazz à Juan, the oldest jazz festival in Europe that takes place in Antibes. Sophie founded B06, the only microbrewery in Antibes along with her friend and brewer, Solène and together they are delighted to immerse you in the world of craft beer.
