This is a unique, small group, food tour combining the history of Bordeaux with some of the most delicious pastries in all of France. Nikesh selects some of the oldest and best boulangeries in Bordeaux to take you to! Begin your 2.5 hour Bordeaux food tour in the historical Saint Michel district before making your way through the bustling, hipster street Rue Pas Sant Georges and then towards Hotel de Ville in the center of town. After that, you will continue to France's best boulangerie of 2018 and finish in the quaint Chartrons village. Eat your way across Bordeaux's best bakeries, all of which are recipients of French culinary awards. Each bakery is in a different, vibrant neighborhood of Bordeaux and along the way Nikesh shares with you its history and personal experiences of the neighborhood. Taste some of the most delicious breads and pastries while also getting to know the history and culture of Bordeaux from Nikesh. Your tour includes 3-4 bakery stops as well as a non-alcoholic beverage of your choice at a cafe.

Please NOTE that this is a small group tour with a max of 10 guests and is not a private tour. Children aged 5 and above are charged the price of an adult.

What others are saying

"Great walking tour of Bordeaux with bakery stops along the way. Host was a friendly and knowledgeable guide who pointed out and explained places of historical interest as well as the history of the croissant and who is allowed to call themselves a boulangerie. We covered lots of ground in 4 hours so be prepared for lots of walking- and standing. But you are well fed!"
