Until 2016, Stella worked in an office, then she decided to follow her passion and studied to become a licensed tour guide. Since 2019, she has been guiding tours around the city because she loves meeting new people and sharing with them her passion for history, food and culture. Like any true blue Italian, Stella loves food and began cooking when she was only a child - she fondly remembers making her first tagliatelle with ragu for her whole family! She is excited to share this passion with those visiting Bologna - the people, culture, and food such as parmigiano reggiano, prosciutto, aceto balsamico etc. Stella says that once you see how the local produce is made you will appreciate it even more!
