Veronique is passionate about food and Mattias, about mixology and together they are delighted to host a tapas and cocktail experience in Barcelona. Veronique has many years of experience in the culinary industry – from being a private chef in Ibiza and London to working at restaurants in Milan and Lake Como. She also has a decade of experience in the creative industry – her background in event production, photography, and creative direction adds a unique perspective to her culinary work. She believes in using the freshest, highest-quality ingredients to craft memorable dining experiences. Her expertise spans various cuisines and techniques, and she is always looking to innovate and surprise her guests with every dish. Veronique's co-host and partner, Mattias, is a mixologist with a master’s degree in hospitality. Mattias’s passions include music, obscure homemade ingredients and hats. After his masters, he completely immersed himself in the world of recipe development, consulting, and events. Both are originally from Italy. They have recently relocated to Barcelona, and are eager to continue their culinary journey in this vibrant city, to learn, grow, and create unforgettable dining experiences for new audiences.
