Silvia has always loved cooking and has fond memories of helping her grandmother in the kitchen make handmade pasta and piadina (a typical bread of the Emilia Romagna region, amongst other regional favorites). She remembers the simple, fresh and delicious meals at her grandparents’ home, and that is the experience she wants to replicate for guests! Silvia and her boyfriend love experimenting in the kitchen and creating new recipes. Apart from cooking, she is also very passionate about art, especially the mosaic technique.
When asked why she wanted to host, she said “When I started traveling I brought back home many recipes from different countries - I think that food is the best memory we can preserve from a trip and I want to give that to guests.”
