Learn to cook authentic Italian dishes using family recipes, traditional techniques, and fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Choose from making two types of fresh pasta, such as bucatini, spaghetti alla chitarra, rigatoni, or fettuccine with a classic sauce and crostata, or preparing handmade ravioli, potato gnocchi, and gelato. After your hands-on cooking session, sit down to enjoy the delicious meal you prepared, paired with a glass of local wine, in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of a Roman home.
