An unforgettable day in Chef Jose's home learning the art of authentic paella. His passion and knowledge shone through every step - from cooking technique to the history and culture behind Valencian cuisine. There was a spectacular starter and dessert with generously served drinks of our choice. Much more than a cooking class, this felt like being in a friend's kitchen. We left with new skills, wonderful memories and a deep appreciation for Spanish cooking. Absolutely recommended.
Suzie was all kinds of fun! She is used to offering food tours so had lots of information about local food and local food culture! If I make it to Valencia, I will look her up!
