Chef Thibault is a classically trained chef with a pastry degree from the prestigious École Albert de Mun in Paris. He honed his craft over seven years alongside Michelin-starred chefs at Taillevent and Fauchon, and now shares his expertise through cooking and baking classes in Paris. When Thibault is unavailable, his wife Océane or a fellow chef welcomes guests with the same passion for thoughtful, creative culinary experiences. Your Paris baking class is hosted at their cooking studio located a 15-min walk from Arc de Triomphe.
