Enjoy a glass of sparkling champagne as you get to know Jean-Yves before stepping into his sleek, modern kitchen. During this 1.5 hour macaron making class in Paris, Chef Jean-Yves will guide you through the process of creating traditional French macarons. "Clients review - We also loved the Macaroon class. Lovely work space, he was very friendly, the only thing I will say about that was it was just shy of one hour and for the cost seemed a little short."
